Pour the brown rice into your Instant Pot (or pressure cooker). Add the water and stir. Put on the lid and make sure the vent is closed. Set it on high pressure for 15 minutes.
Let the Instant Pot release some of the steam naturally (about 5 minutes) and then release the rest carefully by venting it. Once all of the pressure has been released, take off the lid and your rice is ready to enjoy!
